Susan is no stranger to the optical industry. Her career started in 1980 with George S. Croffead, M.D. After he retired she continued on with his son Thomas G. Croffead, O.D. until 2009. Her passion for the industry continues to grow and she constantly updates her training to stay current with new lens technology and designs. Exceptional patient care has always been at the top of her priority list and will continue to be her focus. Â
Susan obtained her opticians certification with the American Board of Opticianry. She is a member of the National Academy of Opticianary and the Association of Professional Office Managers. She volunteers with a team of colleagues at the Dream Center Mobile Vision Clinic and is active in her community.
